Dear Patients,

It is with mixed emotions that I write this e-mail to inform you that as of September 23rd I will be closing my practice permanently. While I don’t know if I am stepping away from the chiropractic profession indefinitely, I do know that I am being called away at this specific time to focus my attention on other things.

Many of you know of my story ( of Alopecia and the calling I felt from God to live life wig-free. And, now He has called me to take another step of faith and go on mission. I will be leaving for Guatemala on October 2nd to stay with 2 missionaries (Ron and Rhonda Hedrick) for 30 days. They are raising 14 boys and girls in a children’s home and are helping to feed their surrounding communities. If you feel led, you can donate to their ministry through this link:

I am so thankful to have been fortunate enough to meet and build friendships with many of you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for trusting me with your chiropractic care. Thank you for your support. Not only financially to be able to keep my doors open, but for your support as I went through the trials of life with you for the past 5 years.

I pray that in my time serving as your chiropractor, I was able to impart the value and importance of taking care of your body physically. That no one else is responsible except for you. That being physically active and eating healthy are essential to good health.

For continuation of your chiropractic care I would refer you to my friends and colleagues Dr. Brandon Fell of Modern Care (816-728-0409) or Dr. Tom Cotter and Dr. Jeff Remsburg of Active Health Solutions (913-341-1200). I know them personally and have faith they will take care of you.

Please feel free to continue to keep in contact with me if you have questions or need anything going forward. You can reach me on my cell phone at 636-253-0761 or e-mail me at

Blessings & Health,
Dr. Nicole Dierking
